The Head coach for the Rebels is Steve
Philion. He has been the head coach for 3 years. He attended
Bemidji State University for four years and got a Masters Degree in math
and coaching. He played football, basketball, golf, and track in
high school and college. He expects that the boys basketball team
should be very competitive this season in every game. |

The Assistant coach for the Rebels is Randy Huie. Coach Huie has been coaching 12 years, 9 for the RLCC Mustangs and 3 for the RLC Rebels. He attended Bemidji State University, receiving a B. S. degree in Secondary Education Social Studies, which he teaches at Red Lake County Central High School. In high school he played football and basketball and participated in track and field. At BSU he played football and was on the track team. He enjoyed playing college sports. Coach Huie expects his athletes to work hard and finish the season better than they started, both as a team and as individuals. |
