Congratulations to Garrett Schmitz for being selected
as the Region 8A Sub-section 31 Triple A
Boys winner. Garrett, along with 7 other
outstanding students from the region, will be honored at a banquet at
the REA in Thief River Falls on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. At that
time the over-all Region winners will be announced.
A Lafayette High School student hasn't been chosen for this honor since 2006 when Lee Zutz was selected as the Sub-Section 31 Girls Triple A winner. Phillip (PJ) Stich was the sub-section boys winner in 2000.
