Food Service Position
The Red Lake Falls School District has a Food Service position opening at Lafayette High School.
Duties include:

Preparing meals, fruits, vegetables and breakfast items.

Cleaning- dishes, silverware, pots, pans, refrigerators, freezers, milk coolers daily.

Sanitizing steam table, dishwasher, and work stations.

Keeping a food production record- (keep daily serving counts for breakfast, lunch and milk).

Serving meals to students

Ordering food and milk weekly as needed.

Monthly inventory (record of items left on the last day of each month).

Menu input/planning - (suggestions and ideas).
-
Maintain yearly continuing food service education.

Scheduling- making sure kitchen staffing is covered daily.

Gluten Free/Allergies/Diabetic- Make sure students that have allergies, are gluten free, or diabetic, receive the correct items when going through the meal line.
A Food Manager certification is required. Training will be facilitated if certification is needed.
YEARLY CONTRACT LENGTH: 10 months (1092 hours/182 days).
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 1:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch).
STARTING WAGE: $18.00 (Negotiable based on experience).
BENEFITS: Health Insurance Offered, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, 403B.

Red Lake Falls ISD #630 is in need of substitute bus drivers. School bus and passenger endorsements along with a Class B license are preferred, but the district is willing to help with licensing.
